How JTF Home Group's text-messaging programs work: who receives messages, how consent is collected, and how to opt out.
JTF Home Group LLC ("JTF," "we," "us," or "our") operates SMS/text messaging programs for operational and transactional communications. These terms describe each program, the consent we collect before sending any message, and your rights as a recipient. They supplement our Privacy Policy (see the "SMS and Text Messaging" section) and Terms of Service.
Internal operations program (staff and branch operators). JTF employees and branch operators receive automated operational messages from our back-office assistant: job-routing confirmations, document-ready notifications, accounts-receivable status, new-lead alerts, and storm canvass updates. This program is limited to JTF staff and branch operators — it does not message customers or the general public, and it sends no marketing content.
Customer transactional notices. Where a customer has provided a mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, we may send appointment confirmations, project and job-status updates, and billing or document notices related to their own project. We do not send unsolicited marketing text messages.
Staff and branch operators opt in during onboarding by completing a written consent form on which they provide their mobile number and agree to the following consent language:
Staff may also initiate two-way conversations by texting the company intake number; automated operational replies are sent only to staff who have completed the written consent above.
Customers opt in by providing a mobile number on a JTF form (online or on paper) that includes express consent language to be contacted by text about their project. Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your role, activity, and the services in progress. Staff in active storm-response periods may receive several messages per day; customers typically receive only occasional project-related notices.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information (including phone numbers) collected for SMS/text messaging will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information is shared only with the service providers that operate our messaging platform, solely to deliver the messages you have requested, and never for those providers’ own marketing.
